Portraits -the Lino way-
This course is designed for photographers who take formal
portraiture seriously as a form of art and business. Robert Lino will show how to combine the established posing guidelines with corporal posture and expression to convey a message in every portrait. Learn the rules, learn when to break them, and learn to capture feeling… "what your PC cannot do for you."
The small details make the big difference, is the philosophy behind Robert Lino's work. His style, natural, elegant and full of feeling. His secret, understanding the rules of classical portraiture and the psychology of body language. His technique, the ability to communicate to the client the message in every image. His major satisfaction, sharing all this knowledge with his colleagues.
Robert Lino has been involved in photography since 1975, receiving numerous recognitions for his work, including the ASP Fellowship, the highest earned award of the profession. As an instructor he is often described as someone who "really teaches, in simple terms".
